Terms of Service

CentricSell Mail ("the Service") is operated by CentricSell, Pune, Maharashtra, India("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these Terms.

CentricSell Mail is software for sending email through your own email providers: an HTTP API, an SMTP relay, campaigns, contact lists, domain verification, provider failover, bounce and complaint handling, tracking and analytics. We do not provide sending servers or IP addresses. Email is delivered by the providers you connect (for example Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, an SMTP service, or a server of yours that we help you configure), under those providers' own terms, which you must also follow.

• You must give accurate details and confirm your email address before you can send.
• Keep your password, API keys and SMTP credentials secret; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract.

You are responsible for the email you send and for the contact data you upload, including having a lawful basis (such as consent) to email each recipient and honouring unsubscribe requests. The Service adds unsubscribe links to campaign email and keeps suppression lists, but you remain the sender. For personal data you upload about your recipients, you are the controller and we act as your processor (see the Privacy Policy).

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend an account, without notice where necessary, if we reasonably believe it breaks that policy or these Terms, puts others at risk, or if payment is overdue. A suspended account cannot send until reinstated.

Plans limit how much you can manage in the Service (contacts, domains, provider accounts, servers), not how much you send. Paid plans are billed in advance each month through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price increase. Your email providers bill you separately for sending.

You keep all rights to your data. You can export it at any time from the dashboard or API, and ask us to delete your account. We keep and delete data as described in the Privacy Policy. Credentials you give us for your providers and servers are stored encrypted and used only to operate the Service for you.

We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" and "as available", without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing. We are not responsible for delivery decisions made by your providers or by recipients' mail servers, or for problems caused by your DNS or provider settings. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost deliverability, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may end these Terms for a serious or repeated breach. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy; export anything you need first.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email account owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law of India. Disputes go to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India, unless the law of your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
